Workmanship Guarantee

Friedman Services warrants that the labor and workmanship of the Services provided will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date the service was completed, unless a different period is stated on your invoice.

Material Warranty

Company-Supplied Materials: These materials are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist in processing a claim, but the manufacturer is responsible for the defect.

Customer-Supplied Materials: We provide no warranty on the quality or performance of any materials, parts, or equipment you supply. Our labor warranty still applies to the installation process, but not to the integrity of the parts themselves.

Exclusions from Warranty

This Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

Normal Wear and Tear or routine aging of components.

Misuse or Neglect including damage caused by accident, abuse, or unauthorized modifications made by a party other than Friedman Services.

External Factors such as power surges, natural disasters, fire, or flood.

Pre-Existing Conditions in the customer’s property that were not part of the original contracted work.

Making a Claim

To claim a warranty service, you must notify us promptly upon discovering the defect. We will then, at our discretion, either repair the defective workmanship at no cost to you or refund the cost of the labor portion of the original service. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty.
